They called through a Brisbane number (07) 3077 9937 and then through the Sydney number. Don’t call back just block. Possibly they will call from another. Just block. sh*t thing is there is no one tha gives a “sh*t” to investigate and shut them down

My wife received a message claiming to be from BOQ regarding a block on her Visa Debit Card and told her to ring 1300 557 272 or 'go to a branch of BOQ' to resolve the problem. The 1300 number and 'go to a branch of BOQ' certainly makes it look legit, but it is a scam because she does not have a BOQ in her name and does not leave her phone number with retail shops.

These guys are claiming they can save you $200 on your electricity bill. They will have your address or other similar details and will offer to switch you to another provider, so they might seem to be legit, but they're getting these details from a data breach.

I receive MANY calls, all starting (03) 9109 xxxx. Sometimes there is a voicemail from a robo-voice claiming unpaid accounts - never any identity given as to who they are or any info about the supposed account. They are all scammers. The last 4 digits of the incoming numbers usually change, sometimes the same number will call several times. I NEVER answer them.

Each time it is a different number, but they were supposedly from Thailand and appear ro have no connection to an existing company. Very likely to be scam calls. Text saying telstra points about to expire

Caller gave another number to call him if you "had any concerns". Didn't get the name or number.

East Fremantle Medical Centre... Actual Dr calling from consulting rooms line.. Not reception. Totally legitimate

Claiming to be from tolls.and that my account is overdue and needs to he paid .

I don't use tolls

That number has been discounted.

This is my number and this accusation is false I have never done this.

Potential Fraud call went unanswered. Whoever they were, message not recorded

This number was given to me in an email recieved at almost midnight, claiming that my MyGov account had been locked due to several login attempts with incorrect details, and that they needed me to call them to have it unlocked.
Red Flag 1. I was addressed as "user", rather than by name.
Red Flag 2.The email address of mine this was sent to is not the email attached to my MyGov account.

Caller asked for details without identifying who they were , upon questioning stated were from internode. Payment information was requested from the lady that had rung me . After stating I’d ring back I wasn’t comfortable giving her my details she was defensive and tried to keep me on the line. Call ended I rang internode and they couldn’t confirm the call came from them in fact they stated...
