The text messages look legitimate but there's a time pressure to accept the appointment (first red flag), the want to come out within 48hrs of the text being sent (how about no/second red flag), and the text reads like there isn't an option to decline (never respond/click on a link even if it's to 'opt out'). This number sent a scam sms supposedly from Coles. They try to con people into logging onto a dodgy website in order to use points before they expire. I have confirmed it with Coles, and it's definitely a scam.

A DEFINITE SCAM as there is no answer or goes to message bank asking to leave name and number so he/she can call back

I got a text from this number 1.5 hours ago with just a heart emoji. No further communication from them since then. I assume it's a bait scam trying to get me to ask them who they are and engage with them.
