Scam Call was coming from Thailand. Recording said my account has a problem, I don’t use PayPal

scam - said from dept of home affairs which isn't even Australian

I said hello twice and they hung up. Spoofed call as there no way anyone working at lifeline would do that. Obviously a scam call at 11.51am

From NIB Insurance. I saw an attractive online promo on NIB Insurance, filled out the form up to my details, and was waiting for the quote to appear on screen but it buffered for over 10 minutes, so I closed the page. A couple of minutes later, got a call from them. I did the online quote cos I didn't want to speak to anyone (no time and they can be pushy). I intended to do my own research and...

This is a scammer sending fake coles text messages trying to steal information. Do not click on the link or enter any details. Report asap

Mobile didn't ring at all!! Just notification of missed call. Mobile not on do not disturb or silent, something not right about this number.

Claim that i am a tax evader, told them where to go!

Said they DIDN’T want to sell me anything🤦‍♀️, but knew my FULL NAME. I didn’t identify myself, but asked where they got those details (don’t care, I can get a new phone number if need be, but that will get picked up same way), they just kept saying they used licenced databases on and on. Eventually, they cut the call.

Called offering investment services, asking for my email address. Knew my full name, very concerning as clearly a scam and applied a lot of pressure when told not interested.

Purchased Telstra sim due to Optus outage. Every couple of days, text to say hi Matthew(previous owner?! of mobile number)about upcoming draws ,get in quick the draw is about to close.

Supposedly related to Pay Pal, this number was included in an e-mail to cancel/confirm an Amazon order. However, rang out when contacted without any way to leave message

Have had a call from numbers (with same area code and prefix) every morning last week, and again this morning. Have not tried to ring it back as I think it’s a scam

Scam. Never leaves a message. Call from same number except for last digit a couple of days ago. Says it’s from Wollongong area. Last time it had a computerised female recorded message after I said hello.

Requesting Eastlink toll be paid or incur penalties. Have had so many of these scams telcos need to fix this.

Eastlink: attempt to deduct tolls failed. Please pay manually. Failure to settle before the due date will incur penalties. https://new.tollsh.click/w1la8. No travel for months, have topped up in the usual way, months ago. This is a continual thing and happens regularly.

SCAM SMS. "undeliverable address. Click on the link" blah blah. Deleted, reported, and blocked.

Keeps ringing. When I call the number back nothing happens at all, it doesn't ring, nothing. Strange and annoying.
