I have had 4 callers today with the same australian recording but all using different numbers.

Called multiple times a day for a week and when answered they didn’t say anything. If you waited over 2 mins without saying anything you can hear something connecting to the call and breathing. Assuming it’s a scam or telemarketer

Another scam call. My trick is not to say anything when I answer the call, so that it doesn't trigger a bot or redirect to overseas call centre. The call always ends after 2 or 3 seconds.

A series of numbers calling with the same prefix - in this case 028311xxxx - indicates some sort of organisation. A nuisance at best if they keep calling and don't leave a message or something, to some kind of fraud or scam; I am not going to bother to find out.

Automatic message from Australia Post (I doubt it), saying there have been 2 failed attempts to deliver an express parcel (no orders placed), and to wait to choose 1 for English and 2 for Chinese, etc... - Must be a scam!!

keeps ringing our business, when i answer they hang up, definitely a scam. If it was real they would talk to you. I wish i could block the landline number on the office phone. Super annoying
